Customized Respite

Our respite services is all about giving you a break! whether you are a parent or a care provider we will get you some time to take care of other important things. We provide respite for persons of all ages.

OVERNIGHT RESPITE

Weekdays and weekends are available in a safe approved environment. Activities and entertainment is provided.

Brokering

For all our clients that use Passport funding there is zero out of pocket expense for services we provide. We assist clients in maximizing their care plan, utilizing all available funds.

Transportation

We help our clients to gain more independence through our various means of transportation (bus pass, taxi, uber). We can provide full transportation to and from your destinations, while also accompanying you to the event or attraction.

Companionship

Play cards, Go on walks, or just sit and talk

PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER

Services include a wide variety of supportive care provided in the home or residence.
* Assisting or providing total personal care such as toileting,bathing
* Mobility Support
* Assisting with Eating/Feeding (G-tube)
* Escorting to Appointments
* Transition To Home
* Monitor changes in a patient’s condition
* Assisting with ambulation, positioning and transferring using mechanical lifts
