Who are we?
We are the support you can lean on
Our Mission
Increase Independence and decrease isolation
Leen On Me was created in 2014 and became involved in homecare services because helping seniors and people living with disabilities is something that the funders love to do. Recognizing the need for more support in the respite and companionship areas of home healthcare services, Leen On Me focuses on providing affordable expert care in these related fields. We work collaboratively with community organizations to coordinate our clients’ care plans. The goal is to maximize the services clients receive by utilizing all funds available to their full potential.
We passionately believe in treating people with kindness, respect, and dignity. We only employ people that share these values. Our Staff all share a passion for improving the quality of our client’s and their family’s lives. Our support workers normally reside in the same community as the client they care for. Staff and support workers at Leen On Me are cooperative, and compassionate and truly enjoy working with others. They are professionals extensively trained in respite care, elder care, assistance for people living with disabilities, and post-acute care. We require all support workers to have a diploma/certificate or equivalent of; Personal Support Worker, Registered Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse. All of our employees are regularly CPIC and VS background checked, licensed, and insured. We offer a wide range of services that can be customized to your exact needs and wants.
